Manganese ore wet and dry separation process flow

Known conditions:
Raw Material: Manganese ore
Composition of raw manganese ore: Mn is 30% to 35%,Iron is around 11%,silica 25%,alumina 6%
Feeding Size: around 100 to 150mm
Capacity: around 5-6T/H
Requirements: Iron removal not imporatnt,want Mn to be above 50%. A dry process will be preferred.

According to the Known conditions,our technical department arranged two processes as follows:

Note:
1.do not suggest to use the dry separation. Cause the dry separation concentrate powder's grade is low,the recovery efficiency is low and the cost is high than wet separation.
2.The floatation separation is wet separation and need to use the water,and need the chemical agent in the process. The floatation separation concentrate powder's grade is high,the recovery efficiency is high.
3.The above process equipment list just as reference. Every arrangement should according to the jobsite.
